Warehouse Executive – Job Description

Position: Warehouse Executive
Department: Warehouse / Logistics
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Assistant Warehouse Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, proper storage of materials, and smooth receiving and issuing of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and activities.
• Coordinate receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and issuing of materials and finished goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure materials are properly labelled, stored, and organized.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO requirements where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, records, and reports.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Planning, QC, and Logistics departments.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Ensure goods are properly packed and handled to prevent damage.
• Supervise warehouse workers and assign daily tasks.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, productivity, and work performance of warehouse staff.
• Ensure warehouse housekeeping and 5S standards are maintained.
• Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and warehouse regulations.
• Assist with internal and external audits, including inventory and security audits.
• Monitor and control warehouse equipment and handling tools.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and inventory issues.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly warehouse reports.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
