• Provide clinical applications Training / CME to customers.

• Attend product and clinical training.

• Deliver internal product and clinical training to the sales team.

• Provide clinical case support for dental procedures and imaging workflows.

• Implement and manage customer-specific account strategies to drive utilisation.

• Document and manage all relevant customer activities.

• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate functions within the company.

• Support the sales team by demonstrating dental products and imaging solutions.

• Represent the company at workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related field.

• Candidates with Radiography / Imaging experience are preferred.

• Clinical experience in dental or healthcare settings is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving skills for training and product troubleshooting.

• Good communication skills to explain clinical concepts clearly to users.

• Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.

• Possess own transport & willing to travel outstation.
