HOODLE is hiring a Community Builder 

Okay, chat. Let’s be fr. We're uncs. Chopped.

We've built brands like TikTok Shop and Spritzer. We know ball. But there aren’t enough Gen Zs on the team, and we’re kind of cooked.

Uncook us and the job is yours.

What's HOODLE?

You're into something. Music, film, sneakers, running a lil biz on the side. HOODLE gets you what you need to actually go for it: gear, mentors, workshops, a way in with brands that can open doors.

Brands bring the resources. Students who really want it get them. No influencer deals, no CSR photo ops, but the authentic stuff. We're legit the only real youth community in Malaysia trying to make it work. 

The Job

You’ll run our youth rep crew across Malaysian universities, mostly local public ones. 

Reach ‘em, hype ‘em, keep ‘em. Never let them guess your next move.

But here’s the catch: students don't just show up on their own. (It’s cringe and we know it) But they need someone to make it easy to follow. That's you. You gotta be the friend, the gc leader, the reason people actually turn up.

Hopefully, you are:

High energy and self-motivated. (You gotta keep up with Gen Zs… And Gen Alphas)

Fluent in BM and English.

A big-brain critical thinker, not a copy-paster.

Hardworking. (You can’t be non-chalant and an algorithm builder)

Chronically online and neck deep in youth culture.

We are ok with part-time students, if you know how to manage yourself.

Real talk, communication is your second nature.
