We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to support our SAP team in implementing, maintaining, and optimizing SAP modules across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience with real business processes, exposure to SAP best practices, and the opportunity to learn from experienced consultants.

Responsibilities

• Assist SAP consultants in configuring, testing, and documenting SAP modules (specify modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, HR, PP, ABAP, Basis, etc.).
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions, process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT)—test scenarios, record results, track issues.
• Help prepare training materials, user guides, and SOPs.
• Perform master data updates, data validation, and simple data analysis.
• Assist in system troubleshooting, logging issues, and following up with technical teams.
• Conduct research on SAP best practices, automation opportunities, and process improvements.
• Participate in project meetings, preparing minutes, documentation, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of enterprise systems or ERP concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn SAP systems and business processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: RM1,100.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
