Responsibilities

Event Operations

• Plan event schedules, create task checklists and coordinate resources to keep every project on track.
• Manage vendor sourcing, negotiate quotes and handle bookings to ensure reliable delivery.

Logistics & Onsite Delivery

• Oversee setup and teardown, perform site checks and supervise contractors to meet quality and safety standards.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact to resolve issues and keep clients informed during events.

Admin & Project Support

• Maintain budgets, update trackers and prepare clear post-event reports for learning and improvement.
• Handle permits, inventory and internal coordination to ensure smooth execution from planning to wrap.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• About 2 years of practical experience in events, operations or related roles, preferably within an events or creative agency setting.
• Diploma or degree in events management, hospitality, marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if you have solid experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proven ability in event planning, vendor management and basic budget tracking.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, event planning tools and managing permits and on-ground logistics.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised, calm under pressure and able to prioritise tasks clearly during fast-moving events.
• Strong communicator who works well with clients, vendors and internal teams and who shows initiative to solve issues quickly.
