Affiliate Management

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new affiliates or partners.
• Maintain and update affiliate database and contact information.
• Communicate with affiliates regarding campaigns, promotions, and product updates.

Sales Support

• Support the sales team in managing affiliate sales activities.
• Track affiliate sales performance and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with affiliates to ensure proper promotion of company products.

Administrative Support

• Handle documentation, filing, and data entry related to affiliate programs.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, or purchase orders when required.
• Maintain organized records of affiliate agreements and sales transactions.

Campaign Coordination

• Assist in planning and coordinating affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Ensure affiliates receive promotional materials, product information, and marketing guidelines.

Reporting & Data Management

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and compile weekly or monthly reports.
• Update internal systems with sales data and affiliate activity records.

Customer & Partner Communication

• Respond to basic inquiries from affiliates and partners.
• Coordinate between the affiliate team, sales team, and other departments.

General Office Support

• Support daily office operations and assist management with administrative tasks when required.

Developing and implementing affiliate marketing strategies

• Recruiting new affiliates and partners
• Negotiating and managing contracts and commission structures
• Overseeing the affiliate program and maintaining communication with existing affiliates
• Using data analytics to optimize campaigns and track performance.
• Attractive Sales Commission, Additional incentive up to RM3000/month

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
