Job Responsibilities

1. Support the implementation and monitoring of the Group's sustainability strategy, targets, policies and action plans in collaboration with the relevant business divisions and function.

2. Coordinate the collection, validation, analysis and tracking of sustainability data and ESG KPIs to ensure accurate, complete and timely.

3. Support the preparation of the Group's sustainability Statement and sustainability disclosures in accordance with Bursa Malaysia requirements, NSRF, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards and other applicable requirements.

4. Work with business divisions and corporate functions to monitor sustainability performance and support initiatives relating to environmental, social and sustainable supply chain initiatives.

5. Coordinate supporting documents and data for internal reviews and external assurance and maintain appropriate records and audit trails for sustainability disclosures.

6. Support stakeholder engagement, materiality assessments, sustainability workshops, training and employee awareness programmes across the Group.

7. Keep abreast of sustainability regulations, reporting standards and ESG developments and undertake sustainability projects and other.

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor in Sustainable Development, Environmental Management, Environmental Science or other relevant discipline.

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, sustainability reporting, environmental management or a related field.

3. Experience in sustainability reporting, ESG data management and stakeholder coordination would be an advantage.

4. Familiarity with Bursa Malaysia Sustainability Reporting requirements, IFRS S1, IFRS S2, GRI Standards and greenhouse gas accounting.

5. Strong analytical and data management skills, with good attention to detail.

6. Good report-writing, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

7. Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple assignments within deadlines.
