The Floor Supervisor oversees daily operations, monitors staff performance, coordinates merchandise shipping and receiving, resolves day-to-day issues, and ensures a high standard of customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of goods within the assigned department in accordance with company procedures.
• Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Monitor sales performance and customer purchasing trends, and provide timely feedback to the purchasing team.
• Ensure accurate pricing and proper display of merchandise in line with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and store.
• Promote professionalism among staff within the retail operation team.
• Ensure all departmental systems and processes are well-maintained and functioning effectively.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new and existing staff when required.
• Act as person-in-charge in the absence of the Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager.

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Age between 22-35
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail or F&B, with prior experience as a senior staff or team leader (an added advantage).
