Role Description The Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Damansara. The Service Technician will perform routine maintenance and repair work on installed products, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Daily tasks include diagnosing technical issues, troubleshooting faults, replacing parts, and completing field service visits at customer locations. The role involves documenting service activities, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal teams for parts and technical support. The Service Technician will also interact with customers to explain work performed, provide basic product guidance, and help maintain strong, professional customer relationships.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess maintenance-related skills, including Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance.
• Candidates should possess technical diagnostic skills, including Troubleshooting.
• Candidates should possess field-based operational skills, including Field Service.
• Candidates should possess interpersonal and support skills, including Customer Service.
• Relevant technical certificate or diploma in engineering, electronics, or a related field is beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and time management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site service calls and work flexible hours as needed.
