SALES EXECUTIVE – MEDICAL CHECK-UP PACKAGES

Location: Ipoh, Perak
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,200 per month + Sales Incentives / Commission

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Executive to join our clinic's healthcare services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting medical check-up packages and healthcare services, developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients and achieving assigned sales targets.

This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy sales, meeting people, business development and building client relationships.

Fresh graduates and candidates with sales experience are encouraged to apply!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Promote and introduce the clinic's medical check-up packages and healthcare services
• Identify and approach potential individual and corporate clients
• Develop new business opportunities and sales leads
• Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential clients
• Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and service introductions
• Follow up on enquiries, leads and potential sales opportunities
• Recommend suitable medical check-up packages based on client needs
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals when required
• Explore opportunities for corporate medical check-up packages and healthcare programmes
• Attend client visits, networking activities and relevant events when required
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information
• Work closely with the clinic and internal team to ensure smooth service arrangements

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management or related fields is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Healthcare, Medical, Insurance or Corporate Sales are encouraged to apply
• Experience in promoting healthcare or medical services will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident in meeting and communicating with potential clients
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and results-driven
• Able to work independently and manage sales activities
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Willing to travel and attend client meetings when required
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transportation is an advantage
