Role Description

The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Shah Alam. This role oversees day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee life cycle activities such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. The Senior Executive HR will administer and refine HR policies, ensure regulatory and statutory compliance, and handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting workforce planning, maintaining HR records, coordinating training and development programs, and partnering with leadership to drive HR strategies that support business goals. The role also involves preparing HR reports, monitoring HR metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and workplace culture.


Qualifications

  • Experience required: Minimum 2 years in a Malaysian Human Resources (HR) role.
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with hands-on experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and reviewing HR Policies aligned with organizational and legal requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing Employee Relations, including employee engagement, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in recruitment, performance management, and training & development, preferably in manufacturing, technology, or automation sectors.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to interpret HR data and prepare accurate reports.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices in Malaysia.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
