Key Responsibilities

Livestream Hosting & Sales

• Conduct daily livestream sessions across Tiktok Shop, Shopee Live and other platforms
• Drives sales conversiona and achieve GMV target
• Promote engaging and interective content of products, bundle, exclusive deal during livestream
• Analyze livestream performance and recommend improvements
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in live streaming and social media marketing to maintain a competitive edge.

Host & Studio Management

• Ensure livestream studios and equipment are well-maintaned and operational.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestream sessions.

Content Creator

• Collaborate with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams to plan and create engaging content for livestream and social media, ensuring alignment with the overall brand and marketing strategies.
• Generate content ideas, plan, shoot, and edit TikTok videos to support brand awareness, product promotions, and marketing campaigns.
• Perform other duties, projects and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior, manager or company management.

Job Requirement

• Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Willing to appear on camera regularly and confidently communicate with a live audience.
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, or campaign periods when required.
• Able to meet KPIs for live streaming, content creation, and audience engagement.

Pay: RM20.00 - RM40.00 per hour
