We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Ella Furniture Sdn. Bhd. If you are a strong leader with a passion for sales, team development, and business improvement, we would love to hear from you!

Job Description

• Oversee and monitor sales performance across all showrooms
• Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and overall sales targets
• Conduct regular meetings with the Sales team to review performance, challenges, and action plans
• Plan and implement sales strategies to improve showroom performance and achieve business targets
• Identify areas for improvement and ensure agreed action plans are properly implemented
• Monitor customer follow-ups, sales activities, and team performance
• Review sales results and prepare reports for management
• Work closely with Marketing and other departments to support sales growth and customer experience
• Coach and guide team members to improve their sales skills and performance
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve sales processes and showroom performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in Sales Management or a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven with strong sales and business acumen
• Able to manage, motivate, and develop a Sales team
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative in driving improvements
• Willing to travel between showrooms when required
• Experience in furniture, retail, or related industries is an advantage
