We are looking for a Network Engineer to join our IT team. The role focuses on L1/L2 network operations and support, including troubleshooting, incident resolution, network changes, maintenance and supporting network-related projects.

What You'll Do:

• Provide L1/L2 support for LAN/WAN, Firewall and Proxy services.
• Troubleshoot network incidents and ensure issues are resolved within agreed SLA.
• Perform root cause analysis and follow up on recurring network issues.
• Carry out approved network configurations, changes, upgrades and testing.
• Monitor network health, logs, performance and capacity.
• Perform scheduled patching, preventive maintenance and security remediation.
• Support assigned network migration and project activities.
• Participate in disaster recovery testing and knowledge transfer activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and update knowledge articles where required.

Who We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Networking or related field.
• CCNA/CCNP or relevant networking certification is an added advantage, but not compulsory.
• Fluency in Mandarin language as part of the job nature requirements.
• At least 3 years of experience in Network Engineering or Network Support.
• Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, Firewall and Proxy.
