Position: Veterinary Assistant

Job Type: Full-time

Working Schedule: 6 working days, 1 weekday off

Work Location: In person (Clinic-based)

Job Description

As a Veterinary Assistant, you will support daily clinic operations and assist veterinarians in delivering quality animal care. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing assigned duties as a veterinary clinic assistant, including reception duties, pharmacy handling, consultation assistance, ward care, and neutering support.

• Assisting veterinarians during medical treatments and surgical procedures.

• Upholding and maintaining the professional image and reputation of the clinic.

• Communicating politely and professionally with clients, and escalating any complaints or issues to the SV or ASV when necessary.

• Ensuring the clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

• Reporting to work according to the scheduled working days and hours set by the company.

• Taking proper care of all clinic equipment and supplies, and being responsible for any damage caused by negligence.
