Reporting to the Senior Director, Asia Leaders Network (ALN), the Intern will provide support to TF’s leadership and partnership platforms. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fast-paced philanthropy organisation, while contributing to meaningful initiatives that connect and activate leaders across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support in planning, coordination, and execution of ALN platforms and events.
• Assist with stakeholder engagement and communication with partners, speakers, and participants.
• Conduct background research and prepare briefing notes, reports, or event materials as needed.
• Support event logistics, including scheduling, documentation, and on-site assistance.
• Contribute to post-event follow-ups, evaluation, and knowledge capture.
• Assist with other ad-hoc activities within the IRP portfolio.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate Degree in International Relations/Development, Global Studies, Media or a related field
• Possesses a strong interest and curiosity about global developments
• Positive attitude, energetic, driven and resourceful
• Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
