Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design projects, from problem discovery and ideation to solution development and delivery.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders to create user-focused product experiences.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and problem-solving activities to identify user needs and business opportunities.
• Apply design thinking, user research, and human-centered design principles to solve complex product challenges.
• Design intuitive mobile and web experiences, including end-to-end user flows and complex interactions.
• Present design concepts, insights, processes, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and influence product decisions.
• Create prototypes to validate ideas and ensure seamless user experiences before development.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems by developing and documenting new components and enhancements.
• Maintain high standards of interaction and visual design across products.
• Influence design practices and outcomes across the wider product team and adjacent teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process, shipped products, and measurable impact.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
• Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
• Good understanding of mobile and front-end web standards.
• Proficiency in Figma and other prototyping/design tools such as ProtoPie or After Effects.
• Experience in Service Design, User Research, Front-End Development, Accessibility, or Design Systems is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to RM14,000.00 per month
