Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare Quotation, Issue DO and Invoice
• Arrange delivery to customer
• Sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Answers the telephone, takes and relays messages and responds to phone inquiries
• Responsible for all administrative activities
• Update and maintain information on customers’ database
• Filling purchase orders and completing all other documentation processes.
• Ensure on time delivery of goods from supplier
• Minor secretarial duties
• Good interpersonal, coordination and PC skills

Advantages:

• Knowledge of others language or dialects especially Mandarin

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales admin/customer
• Service/ administrative work or freshgraduates are encouraged to apply
• Capable of working independently and willing to handle multiple tasks

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
