Full Time Senior Account Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in DS ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES & SERVICES SDN BHD - Ricebowl

• Prepare and manage full-set accounts and monthly management reports for HQ.
• Review and verify work by Account Executives, including sales invoices, payment vouchers, intercompany balances, and accounts receivable for all branches.
• Provide guidance and support to Finance Team members.
• Prepare daily payment listings for review and approval by the Managing Director and Finance Lead.
• Assist the Finance Lead with group reporting, including reviewing and analyzing subsidiaries' management reports.
• Support the Finance Lead in yearly budget preparation and quarterly budget monitoring for each department.
• Summarize and prepare financial status reports, including profit and loss statements, for monthly management reporting.
• Maintain and reconcile subsidiary accounts, resolving any discrepancies.
• Maintain effective communication with vendors and customers on payment terms, invoicing, account reconciliation, and supplier agreements.
• Assist in coordinating and providing documentation for external audits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
