Job Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning, preventive maintenance (PM), and corrective maintenance (CM) for data centre critical facilities systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, power distribution systems, CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, and cooling infrastructure.
• Diagnose equipment faults and ensure maximum uptime for mission-critical environments.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance procedures, and documentation.
• Support customers with technical guidance and operational training.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge or interest in Data Centre / Critical Facilities / HVAC / Power Systems is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent service requests when required.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to customer sites.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training will be provided).
