Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Claim Processor to support inpatient hospitalization admission and insurance-related processing. The role involves reviewing patient information, verifying eligibility based on insurance policy terms, coordinating admission requests, and providing professional support to patients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients regarding inpatient hospitalization admissions.
• Process and coordinate admission requests accurately and in accordance with health insurance policies and procedures.
• Review policy terms and conditions to determine patients’ eligibility for admission and coverage.
• Review and interpret patient accounts, admission notes, and relevant documentation to support accurate processing.
• Respond to patient inquiries professionally and provide clear information regarding admission and claim-related matters.
• Resolve patient concerns promptly and escalate complex cases or complaints to the appropriate team when required.
• Communicate and document all admission-related information clearly, professionally, and accurately.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments to ensure necessary information is communicated through the appropriate channels.
• Ensure all instructions, inquiries, and service requests are handled accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism when handling patient and insurance information.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
