This = the job you are looking for

• Lead and mentor a software development team within a collaborative SCRUM environment
• Drive sprint delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and team performance
• Contribute hands-on to system design, development, and technical problem-solving
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and system performance
• Support team growth through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing
• This role is fully based in Ipoh

This = what you bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in .NET development, with team leadership exposure
• Strong in C#/.NET, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server
• Solid understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns
• Experience with unit testing, APIs, code reviews, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM ways of working
• Ability to guide a team, drive delivery, and support technical decisions
• Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
