Job Descriptions:

1. Advise students and parents on study options, entry requirements, and career pathways.

2. Participate in education fairs, roadshows, and school fairs.

3. Engage with students and parents during open days, education exhibitions and fairs, and

related activities by providing accurate information relating to First City UC and its programmes,

scholarships and Incentives and other matters in enabling them to make an informed decision.

4. Enhance First City UC’s brand presence in Agent Offices across Malaysia by providing them with

up-to-date information, promotional materials and events of First City UC and provide support

to agents to achieve student recruitment target.

5. Develop and nurture positive relationships with school principals, counsellors and teachers to

promote First City UC’s programmes and events.

6. Respond timely with accurate information to inquiries via telephone, email, SMS, and social

media platforms.

7. Ensure proper student recruitment database usage and upkeep in CRM systems.

8. Deliver targets and maximise conversion rates from enquiry to acceptances, through

responsible, customer-centric and focused services.

Requirements:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Business Administration or related field.

2. At least 1 years of experience in tertiary education. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to

apply.

3. Possess good written and spoken communication skills.

4. Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation.

5. Positive-minded and can work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

6. Able to work on weekends for Open Day duty and counselling as and when required.

7. Able to travel as and when required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
