• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/higher education in Actuarial Science, Risk Management Mathematics or any related field.
• Must have 1 year experience in Risk related position.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. (with internship in Risk related postion is an advantage)
• Required Language(s): English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel for report writing.
• Able to fully night shift (10pm - 7am) and on weekends / public holidays.

Performs Daily Task:

• Conduct analysis and provide solution & advice upon request through Microsoft Teams/Freshdesk/Email from other departments e.g. Payment, CS, Marketing.
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure user identity is genuine.
• Tasks include but not limited to summary report & slide preparation assigned by superior.

Monitor & Identify Abnormal Trend from Data:

• To identify abnormal users based on their profile.
• To evaluate user behaviour by analysing transactional data.
• To review eligibility of bonus applicant.
• To monitor the spike of data and take immediate action for risk control.
