Job Description:

• Perform skincare and beauty treatments, including but not limited to aesthetic facial treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures, slimming therapies, and use of beauty devices.
• Conduct client consultations to assess skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products. Handle client enquiries in a professional manner to maximize client satisfaction.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper arrangement of products and equipment.
• Maintain client records accurately, including treatment notes, progress, and product purchases.
• Assist in daily operational tasks such as appointment scheduling, customer check-in/out, and payment processing when required.
• Assist doctor during procedure and adhere to treatment SOP.
• Achieve individual service and product sales targets as set by the company.
• Follow and adhere to all company policies and SOP such as but not limited to grooming, punctuality, and attendance.
• Participate in training sessions to update skills and knowledge on treatment techniques, products, and customer service standards.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety, strictly following sanitation guidelines for equipment and treatment areas.
• Report any client complaints or incidents immediately to the supervisor or manager for prompt resolution.

Criteria:

Has work experience in aesthetic clinic/ medispa/ beauty center.

Has SKM certification in Cosmetology/ Beauty therapy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
