Ensure products are stored according to type, size, and delivery schedule.

Verify that stacking and handling follow safe and approved methods (e.g., avoid cracks or chipping).

Monitor lifting operations to prevent product damage.

Coordinate with Yard Supervisor and Crane Operators to ensure safe movement of products.

Maintain updated stockyard records for all products (received, inspected, released).

Record and label each unit with product code, casting date, batch number, and status (OK / Rejected / Hold).

Update QC checklist and prepare daily stockyard inspection report.

Ensure traceability from production to delivery.

Inspect products before loading to confirm quality and quantity match the Delivery Order (DO).

Ensure proper loading, support, and tie-down methods to avoid damage during transport.

Assist in verification of delivery documents and customer sign-offs.

Work closely with Production, Stockyard, and Dispatch teams to plan movement of products.

Report any product damage, defect, or non-conformance immediately to Factory Manager / QAQC Engineer.

Participate in customer or consultant inspection visits at the stockyard.

Ensure all QC and stockyard activities comply with safety rules and PPE requirements.

Keep the stockyard area organized, clean, and free from obstructions.
