Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Online Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling online customer enquiries, following up with potential customers and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp and other online platforms
• Follow up with leads and existing customers
• Convert enquiries into successful sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Record and update customer & sales information
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in online sales, telesales, customer service or retail sales is an advantage
