Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Ensure smooth daily operations including opening, closing, and consistent quality control.
• Monitor basic sales and P&L metrics and recommend small adjustments to protect margin.

Team & Service Management

• Create and manage staff schedules, coach team members, and run short briefings to keep standards high.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues quickly to protect the guest experience.

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage stock levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers to reduce waste and control costs.
• Implement practical process improvements to streamline back-of-house workflows.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience in F&B operations or similar retail hospitality roles.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred but not required.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Operations Management, Inventory Management, Staff Scheduling, Cost Control, and basic P&L understanding.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards and experience liaising with suppliers.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication, calm problem solving, and practical decision making under pressure.
