Car Wrapping Store Manager – Sales & Operations

We are looking for a responsible and driven Store Manager to manage daily operations, lead our team and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and staff
• Lead, monitor and motivate the team
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare quotations
• Follow up with customers and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Monitor car wrapping workmanship
• Conduct final quality control before vehicle delivery
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
• Ensure staff follow company SOP and store standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
• Experience managing staff or a team
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Strong sales and closing skills
• Responsible, proactive and customer-focused
• Able to work under pressure
• Automotive, car wrapping, detailing, tinting or car-accessories experience is an advantage
