We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Marketing Executive with strong English fluency to support our growing marketing and client engagement initiatives. This role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, enhancing brand materials, and creating compelling content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional materials
• Rewrite and enhance client profiles, social media content, and marketing collaterals with high-quality English
• Create engaging social media posts, images, and videos for multiple platforms
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Support website content updates and apply basic on-page SEO (keywords, metadata, etc.)
• Manage client deliverables professionally, respond to enquiries via phone and email, and resolve concerns promptly
• Liaise with designers to produce social media visuals and marketing collateral
• Assist as on-ground crew for company events

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1 - 3 years of relevant marketing experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva or CapCut is advantageous
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive team player with a creative mindset
