• Greet and welcome customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Take orders accurately, explain menu items, and make recommendations.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently to tables or counters.
• Handle cashiering duties, operating the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and processing cash, credit card, or e-wallet payments.
• Manage customer feedback or simple complaints politely, escalating complex issues to the manager

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
