Malaysian Citizens 

Fluent in Mandarin & English

We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a growing team in the Shipping & Freight Forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer enquiries professionally and promptly Coordinate import and export shipments Prepare shipping and customs documentation Liaise with shipping lines, agents, transporters, and customers Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities 

Location: Bandar Puteri, Klang, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
