Company :

• Conduct regular safety supervision to ensure safe work practices are implemented and maintained at the workplace,

• Support the Safety and Health Officer (SHO) in delivering safety induction programmes, safety briefings, and toolbox talks for employees and contractors,

• Participate in scheduled safety meetings as required by management or client contractual obligations,

• Assist in implementing safety surveillance programmes in accordance with the HSE rollout plan,

• Participate in internal and external HSE audits and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions,

• Report, evaluate, and where necessary, investigate all work-related incidents, accidents, and near misses,

• Assist the SHO in accident investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions,

• Support the communication and implementation of Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS) policies, procedures, and standards,

• Assist in developing and implementing Site-Specific Procedures (SSPs) to enhance workplace safety,

• Support management in reviewing, revising, and developing HSE policies and procedures to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements,

• Enforce compliance with company HSE policies, procedures, and statutory requirements,

• Verify that all employees and contractors possess the required safety certifications, training, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and report any non-compliance to management,

• Monitor workplace activities and report any unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, or regulatory violations to management.
