Job Summary

To assist in financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards. This role involves preparing accounting journals, preparing reconciliation reports, performing stock analysis and payment processing.

Job Descriptions

• Prepare journal for month end closing to ensure all costs are book in correctly.
• Ensure stock count variance is being posted correctly and run production costing for accurate stock reporting.
• Invoice Matching:
• receive, verify and process vendor invoices;
• match invoices with Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
• Payment Reconciliation:
• prepare vendor payment reconciliation with supplier statements;
• solve vendor discrepancies with relevant department to ensure the correct figure are captured in system;
• Payment Processing:
• prepare payment proposal;
• seek management approval before final payment initiation in bank portal.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to details and meticulous at work.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in hand and complete the tasks within deadlines.
• Competent in Microsoft Office and have knowledge in SAP Accounting Software.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
