1. Collect and compile data from various sources from factory counterpart, CFT departments such as IE, PE, TE and etc.

2. Verify accuracy of cost data and identify discrepancies.

3. Input cost data into costing template with formula verification to ensure correct input.

4. Calculate product costs by allocating direct materials, direct labor, and manufacturing overhead expenses based on volume.

5. Analyze variances between standard costs and actual costs, identifying areas for improvement.

6. Prepare cost reports and summaries for superior 1st level review and gap analysis.

7. Work closely with CFT team to gather cost information and identify cost-saving opportunities.

8. Analyze large volumes of data and identify trends.

9. Strong mathematical skills for cost calculations.

10. Effective communication with cross-functional teams.

11. Clearly explain complex cost data to next superior level.
