We’re looking for confident and motivated individuals to join our Telesales Team. No telesales experience? No problem — full training and call scripts will be provided!

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
• Speak with potential clients and introduce our services based on the provided script
• Follow up with interested leads and arrange appointments for the manager
• Build good rapport and communicate confidently with different types of customers
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and appointment schedules
• Update daily call activity and share feedback on customer responses
• Support the team with general telesales and customer engagement activities

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma, GCE ‘A’ Level or equivalent qualification preferred
• Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Responsible, motivated and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable speaking with people from different backgrounds
• Able to work independently while being a good team player
