BlockOffice is currently looking for the Full-time Venture Building Intern

Responsibilities:

• Research & Due Diligence: Conduct research, due diligence and analysis of companies, markets and sectors across different geographies.
• Coordinate Sales and Marketing Functions: Prepare marketing materials on social media platform (Facebook, Instagram and email marketing etc) and plan marketing events.
• Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Scouting new leads/start-ups which are potential deals for investments and preparation of presentation materials as well as other relevant documents such as financial models.
• Venture Building & Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement and assist with corporate development work for portfolio companies

What we are looking for:

• Strong attention to details.
• Self-starter: Needs to take initiative, hit targets, and work with the team to initiate new targets for themselves and the company.
• Comfortable working independently, or with little oversight: We work together as a team, but each individual should be able to take responsibility for her own portion of the work.
• Strong work ethic: Our start-up is fast growing and the space is very demanding, we like to work with similar-minded hustlers.
• VC/Startups (Non-web3) or Web3 experience is a bonus.

• BlockOffice Headquartered in Singapore. Having a vision to help high-growth startups and funds on their growth journey. We are building a corporate finance/fundraise & data room platform (investment metrics and general finance metrics - for investors and internal management).
• Our Investors & Funds: We are backed by angel investors that are founders of unicorns/decacorns and senior executives from Tier 1 Funds. We also manage our own proprietary capital that invests primarily in early stage startups.

Note: Candidates who will be available for full-time internship will be prioritize.
