- Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives to ensure effective Agile execution.
- Serves as a servant leader, coach, and mentor, helping teams embrace Agile principles and continuously improve performance.
- Removes impediments and organizational blockers that may impact team productivity, delivery, and morale.
- Works closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to align priorities and objectives.
- Supports multiple Agile teams and manages cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery and collaboration.
- Monitors Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, burn-down charts, and cycle time to identify improvement opportunities and delivery risks.
- Promotes transparency, accountability, quality, and a culture of continuous learning within teams and across the organization.
- Coaches team members and stakeholders on Scrum frameworks, Agile best practices, and Agile mindset adoption.
- Facilitates effective communication and collaboration between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Identifies, escalates, and helps mitigate project risks, issues, and delivery challenges.
- Supports Agile transformation initiatives and drives the adoption of scalable Agile practice
