• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, IT, Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant working experience without a Degree/Diploma are also encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or B2B Sales will be an advantage.
• Experience in ELV, CCTV, security systems, access control, ICT, building services, property management, facility management or related industries is an added advantage but not compulsory.
• Candidates from other sales industries with strong business development ability are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, confidence and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.
• Comfortable approaching new customers through calls, appointments, networking and physical visits.
• Able to communicate confidently with building managers, property managers, management committees and corporate decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong follow-up discipline and willingness to build a customer pipeline from the ground up.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to use CRM and digital reporting tools.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages will be an advantage.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley for meetings and customer visits.

As a Sales Executive you will build a repeatable sales motion for CCTV, access control and ELV systems across high-rise condominiums, apartments, hotels and corporate towers. You will craft concise proposals, target and approach potential customers, develop relationships with decision makers, present tailored ELV solutions, and manage follow-up through to close.
