Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer preparation.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Assist with payroll, attendance, leave, and employee benefits administration.
• Provide support on employee enquiries and HR-related matters.
• Assist in training, employee engagement activities, and HR projects.
• Prepare HR reports and support compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Perform other HR duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Experience in recruitment and HR administration is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment practices and HR processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
