Student Recruitment Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing / Admissions
Location: Petaling Jaya or Cyberjaya Campus

Job Purpose

To drive student enrollment by engaging prospective students through education counseling, lead follow-ups, school visits, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional activities while achieving monthly and intake-based recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

Student Recruitment & Sales

• Achieve assigned monthly and intake-based student enrollment targets.
• Manage the full recruitment process from inquiry to application, registration, and fee payment.
• Conduct education counseling sessions for prospective students and parents via walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
• Recommend suitable academic programmes based on students' qualifications, interests, and career aspirations.

Lead Management

• Follow up on enquiries generated through digital marketing campaigns, website leads, walk-ins, referrals, and events.
• Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students, parents, school counselors, and education partners.

Events & Outreach

• Represent the university at education fairs, school visits, roadshows, exhibitions, Open Days, and recruitment events.
• Deliver presentations and promote the university's academic programmes.
• Assist in planning and executing recruitment campaigns and promotional activities.

Market Awareness

• Stay updated on competitor offerings, education market trends, and student preferences.
• Provide market feedback and recruitment insights to improve future campaigns and student engagement.

Administrative Support

• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate student records.
• Perform other recruitment and admissions-related duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Attractive Performance Incentive / Commission based on student enrollment achievements
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in student recruitment, sales, marketing, customer service, telemarketing, or education counselling.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on weekends during Open Days, education fairs, and peak intake periods.
• Willing to travel for school visits, roadshows, and recruitment events.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
