What The Role Is

You will be part of the Data Office team.

What You Will Be Working On

• Support ongoing programme evaluation projects, including participating in data collection activities (e.g. site visits, observational studies) and synthesising findings into summary reports
• Support ongoing programme evaluation capability development efforts (e.g. workshops)
• Support the development and evaluation of learning materials and resources, including designing interactive and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement
  
  

What We Are Looking For

- Ability to conduct research and evaluation work, including fieldwork and hands-on data collection activities

• Ability to evaluate and synthesise research findings and learning resources
• Good communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. Canva, PowerPoint)
• Basic proficiency in data analysis is a plus
• Experience or interest in creating materials on e-learning platforms is a plus
