Role Description

This is an on-site internship role based in Singapore for a Marketing & Business Development Intern in the travel industry. The role involves conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, developing marketing strategies, assisting in B2B sales efforts, and supporting customer service initiatives to enhance client experience. Supporting the marketing and business development team with insights and ideas, crafting proposals, and maintaining client relationships are also part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience or knowledge in Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive analysis.
• Basic knowledge of Marketing Strategy and Sales, with the ability to support business growth initiatives.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset, teamwork skills, and attention to detail.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
• Passion for the travel industry and innovative product solutions is a plus.
