• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, store, logistics, inventory, or delivery operations. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.  
• Basic knowledge of inventory control, stock counting, receiving and issuing procedures. 
• Able to prepare, pack, label and dispatch goods accurately. 
• Able to use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for basic inventory and documentation tasks. 
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence. 
• Able to drive the company's vehicle safely for local deliveries, collections and company errands. 
• Willing to travel locally when required. 
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties, including lifting, moving, packing and arranging goods. 
• Responsible, reliable and disciplined. 
• Honest and trustworthy in handling company inventory and products. 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 

Reports to: Store Executive / Production & Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1) Receive, check, store and issue materials and finished products.

2) Maintain inventory records and assist with stock counts.

3)Prepare, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately.

4)Ensure timely and safe delivery of products.

5)Perform local deliveries, collections and company errands when required.

6)Maintain warehouse cleanliness and proper organisation.

7)Follow FIFO/FEFO and monitor storage conditions.

8)Operate and maintain the company vehicle safely.

9)Follow ISO 13485, GDPMD, SOPs and safety requirements.

10)Report damaged goods, stock discrepancies or delivery issues promptly.

11)Perform other duties assigned by management.
