Responsibilities

• Create and manage technical drawings (for custom made furniture) that specify size, materials, specs and any other special requirements from customers.
• Responsible for the preparation, reviewing and redrafting of technical drawings of custom made furniture.
• Communicating with interior designers and production, and incorporating customer requests into drawings.
• Carrying out CAD works according to standards and guidelines of the office to maintain the drawing and design standards.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with manufacturing and material limitations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• Ensuring work schedules and deadlines established are adhered to

Qualifications

• Prefer mechanical, electrical or chemical engineering background
• Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage.
• Must be committed and able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines and milestones.
