Front Desk & Reception
- Welcome and attend to mothers, families, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage daily reception operations and ensure the front desk is clean, organised, and presentable.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, visitor registration, and appointment arrangements.
- Assist mothers and families with their requests and provide accurate information about the centre's facilities, services, programmes, and policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, nursing, kitchen, management, and other departments to ensure guest requests are attended to promptly.
- Monitor and manage visitor access to ensure the safety, privacy, and comfort of our mothers and babies.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and other communication channels.
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding room availability, packages, services, facilities, promotions, and appointments.
- Follow up with prospective customers and assist with converting enquiries into bookings.
- Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints professionally and escalate matters to management when necessary.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide attentive after-sales service.
- Ensure every interaction reflects Luna Confinement's premium and caring brand image.
Administration & Coordination
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, check-ins, check-outs, payments, and customer information.
- Assist with preparing documents, forms, invoices, receipts, and other administrative work.
- Coordinate appointments, tours, consultations, and visits to the centre.
- Maintain updated customer databases and follow up on outstanding enquiries.
- Assist management with daily reports and administrative tasks when required.
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and relevant internal departments.
Guest Experience
- Proactively identify and attend to the needs of mothers and their families during their stay.
- Assist in coordinating special requests, celebrations, deliveries, and other guest arrangements.
- Observe and report any issues affecting guest comfort, safety, or satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of hospitality and discretion when dealing with mothers, newborns, and their families.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, front desk, retail, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, warm, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
- Good organisational and administrative skills.
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Presentable and professional in appearance.
- Mature, responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
