JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of production processes, quality control, and workplace safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage and coordinate a production team effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required.
• Experience with production planning will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to meet production targets and schedules.
• Supervise production operators and ensure that work is carried out according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor production output, productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Ensure products are manufactured according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and operational problems promptly.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Monitor the availability and proper usage of raw materials, equipment, and production resources.
• Ensure production machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained properly.
• Implement and monitor workplace safety, hygiene, and housekeeping standards.
• Prepare and maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Production Manager or Management.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
