• Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations through process optimization, troubleshooting, process validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure process stability, product quality, productivity improvement, and successful execution of engineering projects.
• Participate in Lean Six Sigma projects and productivity initiatives, train operators, production supervisor and technicians on process requirements, etc

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, process development, or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to manage multiple engineering assignments and priorities.
• Preferable proficiency in use of AUTOCAD or Inventor
• Experience in thermal products, polymer, rubber, silicone, or related manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Working knowledge of process engineering, process validation, and manufacturing process control.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience supporting yield improvement, productivity improvement, and process optimization initiatives.
• Experience supporting APQP, NPI, process qualification, and engineering change activities.
• Well verse in IATF16949, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
