Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client servicing role within an advertising, digital, or integrated agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to stay composed, professional, and patient with clients.
• Strong multitasking, budgeting, and project management capabilities.
• Comfortable working with creative teams, vendors, and media partners.
• Confident in coordinating timelines and following up (persistently, but politely).
• Familiarity with content calendars, basic analytics, and social media posting tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic project management tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main day-to-day contact for clients, managing communications, feedback, and expectations with clarity and patience.
• Ensure all client deliverables are met on time and on brief, coordinating across creative, production, and strategy teams.
• Develop and manage budgets, quotations, timelines, and project trackers.
• Liaise with external vendors (e.g. printers, production houses, event suppliers), ensuring quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentation decks, and post-campaign reports.
• Schedule, upload, and monitor digital content across client social media platforms when required.
• Manage approvals, follow-ups, and documentation in a fast-paced environment.
• Flag issues early, solve problems proactively, and keep both client and internal teams aligned.

 Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience supporting event activations or on-ground campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of paid media, campaign metrics, or influencer coordination.
• A sense of humour and calm under pressure—agency life can get wild.
