Job requirements:

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an HR role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• Familiar with handling foreign worker matter (e.g, permit application, Fomema, hostel, and etc)
• Familiar liaise with the government authority (e.g. JTK, Industrial Relation Department, Perkeso, Immigration Department, Embassies and etc)

Job Responsibility:

• Manage the end to end foreign worker employment process, apply and renewal of permit process with the related government authorities.
• Maintain workers records and update HR databases.
• Arrange and coordinate medical appointment, insurance claims, and hospitalization matter for foreign workers.
• Coordinate worker hostel allocation, check in and check out procedures.
• Prepare payroll information including deduction, leave and overtime record.
• Verify attendance record and resolve discrepancies with site supervisors.
• Prepare monthly reports on permit expiry, headcount, hostel occupancy and compliance status.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department.
